Full-time Food Science & Nutrition (Ph.D)

Responsibilities:

Teaching and Mentoring:
- Develop and deliver engaging undergraduate courses in Food Science and Nutrition, covering topics such as Nutritional Biochemistry, Food Chemistry, Public Health Nutrition, Food Processing, Sensory Evaluation, and Dietetics.
- Advise and mentor students on academic progress, career pathways, and research projects.
- Contribute to curriculum development and program assessment to ensure alignment with industry standards and evolving scientific knowledge.
Research:
- Establish and maintain a robust and innovative research program in an area of Nutrition, aligning with departmental strengths and contributing to the advancement of the field.
- Actively seek and secure external research funding through competitive grants from national and international agencies.
- Publish high-impact research findings in leading peer-reviewed journals.
- Present research at national and international conferences and symposia.
Service and Community Engagement:
- Participate actively in departmental, college, and university committees and initiatives.
- Engage in professional development activities to remain current with advancements in Food Science and Nutrition.
- Contribute to outreach activities, translating research and knowledge to benefit the broader community and industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:
- Education: A Ph.D. in Nutrition or a closely related field (e.g., Nutritional Sciences, Public Health Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition) from a reputable, accredited university.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for teaching, research, and professional communication.
- Foundational Knowledge: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge across key areas of Nutrition science.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Research Experience: A proven track record of successful research studies in relevant areas of Nutrition, demonstrated by peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
- Grant Writing: Experience in preparing and submitting competitive grant proposals.
- Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching at the university level (undergraduate or graduate).
- Professional Registration: Hold a valid “Surat Tanda Registrasi” (STR) Nutritionist
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.

Bioprocess Biotechnology Lecturer (S2/S3)

Job Description:

Teaching in class on respective subjects and ensuring the quality of teaching content and delivery within classes according to the standard course outline.

Requirements:

Minimum Master’s degree in a relevant field with expertise in Bioprocess.

Requirements:

Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences (i3L) opens an opportunity for an internship program in various departments: Human Capital, Academic Operation, Academic Affairs, Quality Assurance, International Office, Digital Marketing, Learning Resource Centre (Library), Finance, Procurement, and Admission.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations in the assigned department.
Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Assist in updating databases or systems with accurate information.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and contribute ideas during meetings.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the department.

Qualifications
