Two i3L Students Achieve National Finalist Status in Prestigious National Mathematics and Science Olympiad (ON-MIPA)

Two i3L students, Alicia Cherie Chandra from the Biotechnology study program cohort 2021 and Rachel Josephine Cahya from the Pharmacy study program cohort 2021, have successfully become finalists in the prestigious National Mathematics and Science Olympiad (ON-MIPA) after passing the regional selection in 2024. ON-MIPA is one of the academic Olympiad events organized by the Balai Pengembangan Talenta Indonesia (BPTI), Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). 

Both were invited to participate in the national selection held at Hasanuddin University, Makassar, on May 12-17, 2024. Alicia demonstrated her achievement as one of the 65 finalists who successfully advanced in the field of biology after competing with 1,056 other participants at the regional level. Meanwhile, Rachel also successfully made it through the selection, becoming one of the 65 finalists in the field of Chemistry after competing with 997 participants at the regional level. This achievement is highly commendable for both national finalists and is the result of their dedication and hard work.
