Monday, May 5, 2025 — i3L welcomed the representative from Tsinghua University Shenzhen International Graduate School (SIGS), Assc. Prof. Edwin Leeansyah, for a campus visitation. The visit aims to explore opportunities for collaboration between the two institutions, along with a campus tour showcasing i3L’s laboratories and facilities.

This discussion was attended by the Dean of School of Life Sciences, Dr. Rio Hermantara, S.Si., M.Biotech., Ph.D. It was a discussion to explore potential collaboration opportunities for research internships and thesis, along with their master and PhD program. With i3L’s strong focus on science and innovation, the university is actively seeking global partnerships that can provide its students with high-quality research experiences and exposure to international academic environments. Tsinghua University, known for its excellence in science and technology, presents an ideal partner for such collaborations.

Following the discussion, the campus tour was provided for Assc. Prof. Edwin Leeansyah. This campus tour was guided by International Office representative, Vania Amelia S.T.P., M.Si., who presented i3L’s facilities and learning environment, especially in the laboratories in the tour.

The event concluded with Dr. Rio Hermantara, S.Si., M.Biotech., Ph.D., Dean of the Life Science School, presenting a token of appreciation to Assc. Prof. Edwin Leeansyah.
