Ritchie Rahardja, B.Sc., M.Sc.was born in Jakarta. He completed his Bachelor degree in Biotechnology at the Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in 2011. He developed his interest in Proteomic study and his thesis focus was on characterization of toxin-like protein from sea sponges for cancer drug development.
He has worked in Indonesia as nutrigenomic researcher which focuses on researching various intrinsic properties of human non-communicable diseases in Indonesia population. In 2018, he earned his M.Sc. from Wageningen University, The Netherlands. Then, he returned to Indonesia and worked in a diagnostic laboratory to assist the development of novel health parameter assessment. Currently, he is working as a Faculty Member of Food Science and Nutrition program in i3L. His interest is in the effect of food and sport into human health, particularly in the topic of gastrointestinal health.
