i3L University Pharmacy Student Martin Tandean Wins Best Oral Presenter at UNICoPPS 2025
Jakarta, 08 December 2025 – i3L University is proud to announce a significant academic triumph on the international stage. Martin Tandean (Pharmacy, Cohort 2022) has been awarded the prestigious title of Best Oral Presenter at the 2nd UNJAYA International Conference on Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science (UNICoPPS).
Held on December 3–4, 2025, the conference brought together global experts under the theme “Strengthening the Role of Pharmacists in Global Health Issues.” Martin’s achievement underscores the caliber of research being conducted by undergraduate students at i3L University.
Martin was part of a robust delegation from i3L University, which included three other talented Pharmacy students, Maria Seraphine Marvella, Gina Aqnesia, and Jennifer Tambatjong, and was led by a distinguished faculty member apt. Pradip Iramdhan Aliyansah, M.Sc.
The delegation presented cutting-edge research findings, contributing to discussions on pharmaceutical innovation and global health resilience. The participation of apt. Pradip Iramdhan Aliyansah strengthened the university’s representation at the event and underscored i3L’s commitment to the active involvement in international scientific forums.
This victory at UNICoPPS 2025 marks another milestone for the i3L Pharmacy program, proving that its students are ready to lead and innovate in the pharmaceutical industry.
Pharmacy is one of the most interesting and well known majors in Indonesia, which focuses on medicine, which covers from drug discovery, development, clinical trial, drug delivery, drug management and also patient counseling. Pharmacy is the bridge knowledge between biomedical scientists and medical doctors, and highly relates to biomedical science, chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical engineering, social science and population health. Pharmacist is among of the most respected professions in the world, whether in the government institute, research institute, pharmaceutical industry, or clinical pharmacy.
