Biography
Leonardo earned his bachelor’s degree in Automotive & Robotics Engineering from Bina Nusantara University, where he developed a strong foundation in engineering principles and innovative problem-solving. Pursuing his passion for business and technology, he continued his studies at the National Taiwan University of Science & Technology, obtaining a master’s degree in International Business Administration where he specialized in Digital Marketing strategies and their practical application.
His master’s thesis, “The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Attitudes” examined how leadership styles can influence employee motivation and performance, providing insights into optimizing organizational behavior and business development strategies. His research interests include Digital Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Business Development, and Consumer Behavior.
