High School Students Showcasing Their Sustainable Innovation In Beauty Through i3L Business Challenge 2025 x Skin Game

JAKARTA, 18 October 2025 – Hundreds of high school students from various cities across Indonesia showcased innovative ideas and sustainable business strategies at the i3L Business Challenge (iBC) 2025. The annual competition was held at the i3L University (formerly Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences) campus in Jakarta on Saturday (18/10).

This annual event serves as a vital platform for the younger generation to sharpen their strategic thinking and innovative business ideations.

A Strategic Partnership for ‘Sustainable Beauty’

This year’s theme, “Strategizing Sustainable Beauty,” was developed in collaboration with Skin Game, a local beauty brand renowned for its commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices. In this partnership, i3L University and Skin Game provided real business cases, challenging high school students to come up with innovative solutions that can actually solve the problems. The real challenge was to find a balance between ideal sustainable programs and ensuring the company remains profitable in the beauty industry.

With 37 teams from 27 schools across 9 cities participating, in total, over 150 high school students were involved. The top 22 teams advanced to the final round, presenting their business ideas to a judging panel featuring faculty from i3L University alongside CEO Michella Ham and Managing Director Sulfina, both from Skin Game.
