Jakarta, 11 December 2025 – On Wednesday, November 26, 2025, i3L University hosted a key delegation from the University College Dublin (UCD) College of Health and Agricultural Science. This visit marks an important step toward establishing a robust academic collaboration and furthering student initiatives in Food Science and Nutrition.

A highlight of the visit was the engaging PowerTalk delivered by Dr. Aifric O’Sullivan, titled “Personalized Nutrition: Eating What’s Right for You.”
The presentation dove into Dr. O’Sullivan’s cutting-edge research, which seeks to understand the complex interactions between genes, environment, diet, and metabolism that shape individual nutrition phenotypes. This research is crucial for developing personalized, sustainable, and healthy nutrition strategies across the lifespan.
