What is Endowment Fund?

I3l endowment fund is a fund that is managed by Yayasan Scientia Internasional Indonesia. The purpose of the fund is to support i3L’s current and future students, and to support the development of the university for the long term. Few programs that will be funded by i3L endowment fund include:

Talent Grant

This grant supports exceptional i3L students, enabling them to represent the university by participating in national and international academic or non-academic competitions and conferences.

Research Grant

This grant provides essential funding for talented students facing financial challenges, empowering them to pursue their research projects and achieve their academic goals.

Student Financial Aid

This aid is designed to assist students with their daily living expenses, helping to ease financial pressures so they can focus more effectively on their studies.

Learning Resources

A range of academic support services and tools offered to students to help them excel in their coursework and develop essential skills for their future careers.

What is i3L Endowment Fund investment policy?

The gifts from donors will be managed collectively and invested in perpetuity. The primary
investment objectives are:

To preserve the real (inflation-adjusted) purchasing power of the Endowment Fund’s principal over the long term.
To achieve a total return sufficient to support the University’s spending policy while allowing for growth of the principal over time.
To manage investment risk prudently, aiming for an optimal balance between risk and return.

Through your contributions, you are directly supporting our future endeavours. This gift will allow us to provide financial support to students, enhance the learning experience, grow our learning resources, support talent and resource grants, and so much more. It also ensures that no exceptional student will be excluded from any learning experiences due to financial barriers. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will have an impact on our community.
