Biography
Darwin Linardi earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2016. One of his memorable moments is a project to measure and ensure drinking water quality in rural villages of Guizhou, China. He continued his studies at HKUST, earning both his master’s and doctorate degree in chemical and biomolecular engineering under the UGC studentship and PhD Fellowship award respectively.
Darwin specializes in microbial fermentation, shotgun proteomics analysis of microbial samples and proteome mining. As teaching assistant during his study and teaching associate, he has designed multiple interactive courses and projects for students of various years.
