A compassionate leader consistently prioritizes the well-being of their team members. They recognize the challenges individuals may face, both professionally and personally, and offer assistance and encouragement. Kindness Cultivates Resilience
In today’s fast-paced business world, resilience is a key attribute for both leaders and their teams. Now to answer the second part of the question, its impact on organizational culture can be encapsulated in one word: momentous.
