Greetings from i3L Research and Community Service Department!
Hi, Everyone! Have you ever heard about i3L Research and Community Service Department (LPPM)? LPPM is a center for research and community service activities. LPPM’s main tasks are to determine the institution’s direction for research and community services, coordinate and manage the implementation of research and community service activities based on national or regional development policies, and monitor and evaluate all research and community service activities conducted at i3L.
Activities under LPPM
As mentioned above, LPPM takes care of the research and community service activities at i3L, especially those activities conducted by faculty members. You might ask: how can I contribute as a student? LPPM provides internal grants for research and community services annually. If you have research or community service ideas, you can consult them with your supervisors, and together with your supervisors, you can submit proposals to LPPM before the designated deadline. Some of our faculty members have also been granted grants from external parties (government or industry). Most of the time, they will recruit students to join their projects. We encourage you to join these activities related to research and community services to build your academic and professional capacities.

This year, our institution has been recognized by Kemendikbudristek as a TOP 100 Affiliation by Overall SINTA Score. SINTA is a website managed by the government to evaluate higher education research and community service publications. By being listed as a TOP 100 Affiliation, it means that our institution has outstanding productivity in publishing its research and community service outcomes. Even during a pandemic, our faculty members managed to get national and international competitive grants.
