For New Students of 2023/2024 Academic Year
After 1st Installment
Receive Your Invitation Email
You will receive an invitation email from our admissions team to choose your preferred Re-Registration day.
Attachments Include:
– B1 Form and B2 Form
– Academic Calendar
– Link to RSVP your re-registration day
Before Re-Registration Day
RSVP Your Visit
Please check the invitation email and click the provided link.
Prepare Your Documents
Prepare all required documents (hardcopy) for re-registration.
Please bring the following documents:
- Application Form and Student Statement Letter
- 2 (two) copies of Identity Card (KTP for Indonesian / Passport for Foreign Students)
- 1 (one) copy of Birth Certificate
- 1 (one) legalized copy of Ijazah or SKL SMA/SMK/MA (legalized), original copies must be shown during registration / at the registration desk
- 1 (one) legalized copy of X grade report book
- 1 (one) legalized copy of XI grade report book
- 1 (one) legalized copy of XII grade report book
- 2 (two) pieces photo (blue background), 3 X 4 Color for the Biodata Sheet
- Certification of physical health examination issued by a hospital/clinic
- Complete the profile form (B1)
- Complete the profile form (B2) and sign the contract of study (B2) with a duty stamp (Rp 10,000)
- Approval letter from school principal (only for grades X & XI)
- 1 (one) copy of KITAS (for International Students)
- Statement Letter of Full Scholarship (for those who have been accepted)

Available Dates: Monday, July 4 - Friday, July 8, 2022
Bring Your Documents
Please bring the documents in hardcopy when coming to i3L for re-registration.
Dress Appropriately
You will have your ID Card photo taken and your jacket size measured during the re-registration day.
- Please wear a collared shirt
- Please groom appropriately, natural makeup is allowed
- You will wear i3L Alma Mater Jacket for your picture*

No shorts allowed
No sandals allowed
No excessive accessories
