The Plant Based Meat Competition has reached its conclusion and the winners have been chosen by our judges: Chef Ragil – Cullinary Chef; Chandra Revo and Firmansyah – Vegan Community; Teguh Ariwibowo and Marina Kusumawardhani – Industry; Budi Santoso – Dean of iSB.
Two winners have been crowned winners out of the four teams that competed (Burggie, ChiGan, Kyoo and DAB Patties ).
Most of the participants are from Food Science, Bio Technology, Bio Entrepreneurship and Food Technology (there are a total of 16 participants). Each team managed to make plant based meat product and business plan, yet, it is with heavy heart that we have to announce that we can only choose two winners.
The winning teams will get oven for each member, and for the most favorite group will get MAP voucher.
