Rafsan Syabani Cholik, S.Si., M.Sc. was born in Tangerang. He finished his bachelor’s study at IPB University and obtained his master’s degree in Food Technology and Human Nutrition from Poznan University of Life Sciences. His major research activities were in vivo studies, especially in functional food that is beneficial for people with diabetes.
He was previously the Head of Education Department in the Indonesian Students Association in Poland from 2019 to 2020 and was involved in various education programs. During his study, he was chosen as one of the delegations for an exchange program at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and Sichuan University in China. Currently, he is working as a Faculty Member of the Food Science and Nutrition program at i3L.
