Biography

Andamar Pradipta, S.Sos., M.A., Ph.D. obtained his bachelor’s degree in 2014 from Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Social Anthropology. He continued his studies at Central European University, Hungary, and graduated with an M.A. in Sociology and Social Anthropology in 2016. He then obtained his Ph.D. in Philosophy and Human Development from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan in 2025.

His research interests include corporate culture, organizational psychology, marketing, and esoteric practices in urban areas. Due to his anthropological background, he has a strong fascination with qualitative research, which he actively works on and develops at i3L.

He teaches a wide range of courses, including but not limited to Business Ethics, Principles of Business Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Intercultural and Ethical Decision Making, Scientific Writing and Presentation Skills, Business Communication, and International Business.
