i3L team consisting of Food Technology students Hillary Liza Daniella (FT20), Kezhia Alverta Theodora (FT20), and Patricia Agustina Manan (FT20) was awarded the “best poster” in the International Students Conference on Future Food, Entrepreneurship and Estate (CoFFEE).

The conference serves as a platform for participants to share their ideas on facing the demands and problems faced by local food ingredients and their future potential in the field of processing, management, and sustainable health. CoFFEE was held by the Student Union Food Technology Program of Universitas Ciputra, Surabaya. The conference was assessed by the CEO of PT. Parimas Boga Raya and associate professors from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November, Universitas Ciputra, Tsukuba University, Curtin University, and Shizuoka University.
