First Use of Smart Classroom for KSS Meeting: It was Finally Back On-Site!

In March 2023, the KSS Meeting was held in hybrid mode for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic. Before the event started, all staff and faculty members chatted and got to know each other. Each department smoothly presented its latest updates followed by a question and answer session after each presentation. This session felt livelier and warmer because it was held on-site. Not infrequently, laughter can also be heard because of some of the presenter& gestures.

The new Smart Classroom developed by the Research and Community Services (LPPM) team also supports this hybrid mode. All the tools and equipment, such as the Viewsonic panel, computer,
cameras, and advanced software enforcement made the first hybrid KSS possible on March 10,
2023.
