On August 1, 2020 Center of Student Development (CSD) organized the latest edition of BRIGHT session which was attended by both students and alumni of i3L. During this online session, CSD in collaboration with Nutrifood, held the Virtual Class with the focused topic of “Marketing Strategy 4.0 during COVID Crisis”. Over the course of the event, approximately 163 participants joined the discussion and shared their opinions and thoughts during the interactive Q&A discussion.

Nutrifood Customer Development City Manager for Central and North Jakarta, Irfanda Odytia, was the event’s guest speaker and discussed the ongoing issues in the marketing industry and its crisis that affects consumer behaviour on brand activation. With regards to behaviour alteration, Mr. Odytia emphasized on the latest increase in demand for soft skills in the business industry as well as how the graduating university students should adjust to the challenges of the ‘new normal’ phase.

To conclude the session, Nutrifood gave the participants a creative challenge to share their insights on the topic through Instagram Story. Gifts from Lokalo products were awarded to the participants with the most inventive posts.
