i3L proudly presents a 3-day workshop titled “Basic Molecular Techniques in Cancer Research” in collaboration with Stem Cell & Cancer Institute.
Basic Molecular Techniques in Cancer Research training is intended to combine the concepts and knowledge underlying the molecular basis of cancer. During the program, participants will be introduced to elaborative theories behind the occurrence of cancer and to perform cancer-related research using modern biotechnology approach.
This training provides hands-on experiences in the molecular analysis of cancer for healthcare professionals, researchers, and students.
This workshop will include:
- DNA Isolation from Blood and Cell Line Samples
- Gel Electrophoresis
- Primer Design
- Real-Time PCR (High-Resolution Melting Method)
- DNA Sequencing Analysis
