Congratulations to our faculties, Putu Virgina Partha Devanthi, Ph.D. and Pietradewi Hartrianti, Apt., Ph.D. who got grants at the 25th Science and Technology Research Grant Program in 2018 from Indonesia Toray Science Foundation (ITSF) at Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta.
Ms. Virgina with her research “Survival of Potential Foodborne Pathogens (Escherichia coli O157: H7 and Staphylococcus aureus) in Reduced-salt Soy Sauce Fermentation” and Ms. Pietradewi with her research “Development of Keratin-Chitosan Matrix as Alternative Biomaterial for Mucoadhesive Drug Delivery”.
