Nanda Rizqia Pradana Ratnasari, S.Si, M.Stats was born and grew up in Kediri. She completed her Bachelor degree in Science with Statistics Major at Universitas Brawijaya, Malang in 2015. She was awarded The Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) Scholarship to pursue her Master’s degree in Statistics at The Australian National University, Canberra and finished it in 2018. Her both bachelor and master theses focus was on Stochastic Modelling and its application on Sciences and Economics.
She worked as a lecturer assistant at Universitas Brawijaya prior to her master, for teaching statistics and the application on natural sciences. During that time, she also worked as a statistics and data analyst at Study Center for State and Local Government Finance. She has some teaching experiences in Indonesia, Australia, and Italy; and had done research projects at The University of Queensland and International Statistics Institute.
Currently, Nanda is working as a Faculty Member of BioInformatics program in i3L. Her interest is in statistic modelling and forcasting and she has a keen aim at applying it on life sciences. She believes that, in education, if young generations are instilled a passion for learning statistic in interesting ways, Indonesians will be able to rule a big data era.
