Dian Tauriana Siahaan is a senior lecturer in innovation and entrepreneurship. She received her Ph.D. title from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia. Her study in innovation capability of ICT SMEs was fully supported by Australia Awards and had inspired research collaborations among ICT clusters and incubators in Indonesia. After completion of her study, Dian is highly engaged with incubator management at the regional level, and serve as a Balanced-Score Card consultant for both the public and private sectors.
Dian has research interests in the field of innovation clusters and milieux, entrepreneurial ecosystem, new venture creation, and small business management.
She has obtained research grants at the national level and overseas and strongly believes in the efficacy of academic research in advancing a country’s competitiveness.
