Research Interest

Biography

David Agustriawan, Ph.D. is an Indonesian national. He obtained a full scholarship for his master’s and Ph.D. studies both at Asia University, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics and Medical Engineering in 2017.  During his master’s and Ph.D. studies, Dr. David Agustriawan focused his research on medical informatics and epigenetic regulated microRNA. Upon completion of his Ph.D., he joined the Department of Bioinformatics of Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences as a faculty member. His research interests include cancer epigenetics, medical informatics, NGS data analysis, big data, health tech development, silico vaccine design, and bioinformatics.
