i3L proudly presents a two-day training and workshop in Smart and Safe Kitchen Management & Operation: Improve the Quality of Your Food Business in collaboration with Indonesia Institute of Culinary (I2C).
This two-day seminar is catered towards restaurant start-ups and intermediate. Participants will develop the knowledge and skills required to inventory management in a restaurant, commercial kitchen design, kitchen safety, and quality control in restaurants. Moreover, participants will also learn guideline for HACCP in restaurant and food services industry and workshop on the safe preparation of meals.
