In collaboration with the Indonesia Institute of Culinary (I2C), i3L held another workshop in food industry field titled “Smart and Clean Kitchen Management: Improve the Quality of Your Food Business”.

This event was conducted by Chef Stefu Santoso, President Association of Culinary Professionals. This workshop is catered towards professionals, chefs, catering services owner, food scientists and graduate students who have an interest in food safety and kitchen management, especially in the food services industry. Participants developed knowledge and skills required to manage a hygienic food services operations.
