Gabriela Sugianto obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Manchester where she mainly focused in human metabolism and endocrinology. Afterwards, she graduated with Master of Science in Nutrition from King’s College London. Her thesis project investigated the effects of β-glucan on markers of appetite by conducting a systematic review and meta-analysis.
Gabriela’s research interests include developing diet and food products that can help the management of metabolic diseases such as diabetes.
