Corazon Nikijuluw was born in Los Banos, Philippines and grew up in Bogor. She received her Bachelor Degree in Food Technology at Bogor Agricultural University. She continued her higher education in Master of Science Degree in Food Quality and Innovation at the University of Leeds, United Kingdom funded by Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) scholarship.

Prior to joining i3L, Corazon worked in food companies as Product Development, especially to develop local-based, natural, and healthy food products. She was also involved in social or community project by becoming a trainer for farmers, fishermen, or foragers, to help them create added value products from their commodities.

Corazon has attention in food product development, particularly related to organic and Indonesian local based products. She believes Indonesia’s young generations must be able to apply the principle of food science and technology in order to give big impact on society.
