i3L Food Innovation Centre proudly present 2-days training and workshop “Bread, Pizza, Pastry Technology: Learn the science and technology of baking.

For those of you’ve always wanted to make and bake your own bread, pizza, pies, and other baked products but are unsure where to start, this theoretical and practical two-days training & workshop is designed for you.

Our trainer team will teach you all about the importance of ingredients, explaining the journey from flour to dough to finished baked products. This hands-on workshop will also give you plenty of opportunities to put kneading, proofing and shaping skills you’ll be learning into practice. You’ll end the day with the knowledge and confidence needed to bake fresh bread, pizza, roll, and other baked products at home or at work.

NO BAKING EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!
